We would also like you to know that we do not have a call centre in India or the UK picking up our calls to take your orders. We are a regular Monday to Friday 9 am 5 pm (UK) working office staffed by people who are ready to help you. All our products are kept in stock and dispatched from Guernsey, usually within 24 hours (business days only).
