Delivery

We aim to fulfill your order on the same day or next working day.  Our products are shipped from Guernsey to you by first class Guernsey Post/Royal Mail.

Delivery to UK addresses is normally within 7 working days of placing your order, EU orders may take longer.  Despatch will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We accept no liability for loss caused by an incomplete or incorrectly stated delivery address.

All prices shown on our website include delivery (GBP prices include delivery to any UK address and Euro prices include delivery to any European address), therefore, the price you see is the price you pay.  However,due to escalating banking and postal costs we have introduced the splitting out of costs for shipping and handling.  This is visible on your final order (by internet) and invoices provided on despatch.

Why do you send out multiple product orders individually?

We try to make our packets letterbox friendly and most are.  Individual packets go through letterboxes avoiding the need for you to be at home to receive your order or to have to go to your Post Office to pick it up.

GUERNSEY IS A TAX-FREE JURISDICTION OUTSIDE THE EU AND WE AIM TO MAKE YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE A TAX-FREE ONE. However, VAT is payable at destination on products above certain amounts:  UK £18 and EU varies by country but generally 22 Euros, these values exclude any shipping and handling charges!  Taxes payable on mainland Europe may vary, therefore, any locally payable taxes remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Although, in our experience these are not collected we cannot make any guarantees. These rules apply to any orders coming into your country from outside the EU, including the USA, India, Hong Kong, etc, etc. 

With regard to the hormone testing service we are providing this service from Guernsey and VAT is not be applicable at any time.

What is your Cancellation, Changes and Returns Policy?

Please notify us of any cancellation of or changes to your order by calling 01481 736669 or 0845 9000 107. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend it as requested. However, if the order has been processed and/or despatched you will be able to return the items for a full refund, less any shipping and handling charges as indicated on your invoice. 

With regard to returns on hormone testing purchases, once a kit has been dispatched it is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.  Therefore, only full refunds will be given on the laboratory testing/reporting/consultation elements of your purchase. There is a £10 charge for shipping, handling, administration and the kit itself.

To enquire about returning a product to Bio-Vitality.com, please contact us at returns@bio-vitality.com and provide your name, customer order number and a brief description of the problem. We will then email to you detailed instructions on how to return your package us. Returned packages cannot be accepted without a returns number.  Postage for the return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. 

Although a rare occurrence, you must inform us of any damaged parcels or breakages within seven days of receipt by using the enquiries telephone number 01481 736669 or 0845 9000 107. We will replace damaged goods or incorrect deliveries at no charge.  We are unable to accept any claim made after the seven-day period has elapsed.  You may be asked to return the product concerned for inspection.

What is your Non-Delivery Policy?

If you have not received your order in TEN working days we will replace your order, however, you will need to confirm the following before we can initiate a claim for you:

Verification of your address.
Confirm that no redirect from an old address is still in operation.
Confirm that you have not recently renamed your house.
Confirm that you have a normal sized letter box - packets fit through normal size
letter boxes but Mr Postman may not leave a note if he cannot post it to you!
Confirm that you have contacted your local sorting office to see if there are any
delays or issues.
